About me
What inspired the start of Chronic Queen Confessions advocacy was becoming ill in 2009 and moving to Arizona in 2011. The racial disparity faced in that healthcare setting nearly resulted in fatal outcomes multiple times. It felt unjust for women of color and minorities to endure medical emergencies due to their race or gender. Monica Speed felt unheard, and Chronic Queen Confessions advocacy was born to ensure that other patients don't have to go through the same.

Our mission
The core mission of Chronic Queen Confessions advocacy is to support patients who have suffered from disparity and malpractice in medical care. We aim to help them heal and hold those accountable for poor or unfair treatment. Our support extends to anything else that patients or their families may need during this challenging time.
